Hospitality

Islanders has a rich history in tourism in the Maldives. In 1990s, Islanders managed Embudhu Finolhu Island (now Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Maldives). The resort property was the first to build over-water villas in the country, now a trademark feature of all resorts in the Maldives. In 2004, Islanders won the tender to develop Kunaavashi, the first group of picnic islands leased by the Maldivian government.

Today, Islanders Group owns 2 hotels in the Maldives - The Park House, located at the city centre of Malé and No.26 Dhiffushi a guest house located on the island of Dhiffushi in North Malé Atoll. A second guest house property No.26 Thulusdhoo on the island of Thulusdhoo in the North of Male' Atoll is proposed for development.

The Group also own and operate No.26 Colombo, a luxury boutique hotel located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
